A group of experts in fruit, EUFRIN (organization of university departments and research centers specializing in the development and extension of fruit crops of the EU countries), visited on Thursday July 28 installations “Fruits de Ponent”.
The Head of Operations of the Fruits de Ponent, Ramon Pernia, accompanied on his visit to the plant, to explain the process of receiving, cooling and preparation of the fruit before being sent to its destination.
