The L’Or de Ponent and KYLATT extra virgin olive oils featured at the 27th edition of the Borges Blanques olive oil fair, held on the weekend of 19-21 January.
The Molí d’Alcanó stand, which mainly displayed the KYLATT ‘Special Selection’ and L’Or de Ponent oils, was visited by many people interested in buying or learning more about its products.
Attendees also had the opportunity to sample the L’Or de Ponent and KYLATT oils throughout the weekend at the fair’s “Oil Bar”.
The Molí d’Alcanó stand was visited by various institutional figures throughout the weekend, including the president of Catalonia, Pere Aragonès, who delivered the opening speech of the trade fair; the president of the Provincial Government of Lleida, Joan Talarn; the councillor of Foreign Affairs and the European Union, Meritxell Serret; congresswoman Míriam Nogueras; subdelegate of the government in Lleida, José Crespín; and the mayor of Borges Blanques, Josep Farran.
The KYLATT oil was a finalist in the Sweet Green Fruity extra virgin olive oil category, highlighting its unique flavour and premium quality.
For yet another year, the Borges Blanques olive oil fair has served as a showcase for the products of Molí d’Alcanó of the Fruits de Ponent cooperative, which works hard to improve, innovate and get the best value for its members year after year.
