Fruits de Ponent Cooperative Group has up to 2,000 tonnes of flat nectarine per year between the different varieties.
Fruits de Ponent’s flat nectarine has the same qualities as the nectarine, but has a flat shape and a higher sugar potential.
Fruits de Ponent maximises the flat nectarine to fill the calendar in terms of volume and presence.
The flat nectarine is mainly white-fleshed.
The Group sells this variety in July, August and September.
