The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Lleida “FUNDE” delivered on Friday the 18th an award to Fruits de Ponent for its Equality Plan in the company. Fruits de Ponent has a staff of mostly women and has been promoting different measures to promote this equality in the labor field. It also has a dictionary of ‘non-sexist’ language for internal and external communications and also with plans to prevent sex harassment. The company, through this plan, has launched the so-called “culture of equality” in the day-to-day business.
The FUNDE awards are an annual recognition to different companies and entrepreneurs who have stood out for the defense of the rights and interests of women in the different professional sectors.
