The flat peach of Fruits de Ponent stands out for its organoleptic properties and balanced sweet flavour, which makes it the authentic flavour of the Good Fruit.
With a 14,000-tonne potential, the flat peach is easy to consume, as it is hairless and quite manageable to eat by hand. The fruit augments its quality when left to ripen on the tree, which is why, at Fruits de Ponent, its entire production process is monitored down to the final detail. The calendar is covered by consistent and renewed varieties.
Its nutritional value includes potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and magnesium.
The Group produces flat and/or OKI peaches in the months of May (second half), June, July, August and September.
